Keller have announced an interim dividend has been rebased to 16.6p
In 2023 the Keller Board rebased the full year dividend to 45.2p, a 20% increase on 2022 in recognition of the step-change in profitability in 2023, and increased the 2023 final dividend by 28%. The Board currently expects to return to a more normal progressive 5% dividend growth in 2024 and reverting to the normal balance of the full year dividend being payable 35% as an interim dividend and 65% as the final dividend. The Board is therefore declaring an interim dividend of 16.6p (2023: 13.9p). Keller has a notable 30-year history of a maintained or growing dividend with a CAGR of just under 9% since flotation in 1994 and is one of only a very few FTSE listed companies to have consistently paid a dividend over such a period. The interim dividend is payable on 13 September 2024 to shareholders on the register as at 16 August 2024.
Keller plc proposes final dividend of 31.3p (2022: 24.5p) for FY23.
Keller plc announced a final dividend of 31.3p per share (2022: 24.5p per share) which, following the interim dividend for 2023 of 13.9p (2022: 13.2p), brings the total dividend for the year to 45.2p (2022: 37.7p), an increase of 20%. This follows the 5% increase in the interim dividend and would bring the total amount of dividends for the year to 45.2p (2022: 37.7p). If approved, the proposed 2023 final dividend of 31.3p (2022: 24.5p) will be paid on 28 June 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 May 2024.
Keller announce an interim dividend of 13.9pence per share
The Keller Board has announced a 5% increase in the interim dividend to 13.9p (2022: 13.2p) payable on 8 September 2023 to shareholders on the register as at 18 August 2023.
Keller Recommended Final Dividend of 24.5p
Keller has an unbroken record of dividends, having consistently and materially grown its dividend in the 28 years since listing which clearly demonstrates the Group's ability to continue to prosper through economic downturns, including both the global financial crisis and the pandemic. The Board is committed to paying dividends through the cycle and, despite the increase in net debt driven by growth in the year, the Board is recommending an increased dividend for 2022 in keeping with its confidence in the future. The Board has recommended a 5% increase in the final dividend which follows the 5% increase in the interim dividend and marks the resumption of the Group's progressive dividend policy. The final dividend of 24.5p (2021: 23.3p) will be paid on 23 June 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 2 June 2023. This will bring the 2022 total dividend payable to 37.7p

Keller announce a recommended final dividend of 23.3p
The Keller Board is recommending the payment of a 2021 final dividend of 23.3p per share (2020: 23.3p per share) to be paid on 1 July 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 6 June 2022.
Keller PLC announce a maintained dividend of 12.6pence per share
Keller has consistently increased or maintained its dividend over the 27 years since first listing on the London Stock Exchange, through successive market cycles. The Board has considered the financial strength of the Group, its significant liquidity position and its longer-term confidence in the performance of the business, and has decided it would be appropriate to maintain the 2021 interim dividend consistent with that declared in respect of 2020 and has approved the payment of an interim dividend of 12.6p in respect of the half year ended 27 June 2021, payable on 10 September 2021 to shareholders on the register as at 20 August 2021.

Notwithstanding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board decided that it would be appropriate to maintain the 2019 final dividend and declare an interim dividend for 2020, prudently at the same level as in 2019. The continuation of dividend payments during 2020 reflected the financial strength of the Group, its significant liquidity position and the longer term confidence in the performance of the business.
Keller Group plc announce a recommended final dividend of 27.4p per share (including a non-recurring supplementary dividend of 2.3p per share). This brings the 2019 full year dividend to 40.0p per share, an increase of 11%
Keller has consistently and materially grown its dividend over the 25 years since first listing on the London Stock Exchange and the Board continues to recognise the importance of returns to shareholders. Keller has strong cash generation and a robust balance sheet, which together support their ability to continue to increase the dividend sustainably through market cycles. This strong cash flow has again been demonstrated by their deleveraging in the second half of 2019. Net debt/EBITDA came in within their target range of 1.0x-1.5x at 1.2x (on a bank covenant IAS 17 basis).
