Costain Group PLC announce an interim dividend of 0.4p per share
Dividend payments were resumed in H1 23 with an interim dividend of 0.4p per share for the six months ended 30 June 2023, and a final dividend of 0.8p per share. In line with the H1 23 payment, the Costain Group PLC Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.4p per ordinary share for the six months ended 30 June 2024.
Costain proposes a final dividend of 0.8p per share
The Costain Board is proposing a final dividend of 0.8p per share which, if approved, will be paid on 28 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 April 2024. They expect that dividends will typically be paid 1/3 as interim and 2/3 as final dividends.
