Victrex utilises it's patents to offer exclusive services within the electronic, automotive, medical, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing and engineering sectors. Victrex' business model is based on customer loyalty - after 35 years in business and close links and connections within the sectors of operation, they have a sizeable presence and brand. Victrex announces a maintained dividend of 13.42pence per share
The Group has maintained their interim dividend at 13.42p/share (H1 2023: 13.42p). An interim dividend of 13.42p per share will be paid on 28 June 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 May 2024. This dividend will be recognised in the period in which it is approved.
Victrex Plc maintain their final dividend at 46.14 pence per share
The Victrex Board is proposing to maintain their final dividend at 46.14p/share (FY 2022: 46.14p/share), which reflects the Group being well placed for a macro-economic recovery. Underlying dividend cover1was 1.3x (FY 2022: 1.6x). The Group intends to grow the regular dividend in line with earnings growth once dividend cover returns closer to 2x.

Victrex PLC have proposed a final dividend of 46.14p/share (FY 2020: final dividend 46.14p/share) taking the full year dividend to 59.56p (FY 2020: 46.14p) which reflects the expectation of growth in FY 2022, despite the significant currency and inflation headwinds.
Victrex PLC announces dividends returned to pre-COVID-19 levels with an interim dividend for shareholders of 13.42p/share
With a highly cash generative business model, the Victrex Group has proposed an interim dividend for shareholders, which reflects a gradual improvement in the Outlook, as well as an improvement in their cash position following cash conservation measures implemented during FY 2020. This takes their dividends back to pre-COVID-19 levels.
Vitctrex plc announces a reinstated dividend of 46pence per share
Following deferral of the interim dividend, and reflecting good cash generation, the Victrex Board has chosen to reinstate dividends, with a final dividend of 46.14p, bringing total dividends for the year to 46.14p (only the final dividend will be paid this year).

With the Group delivering a weaker performance in FY 2019 and some key industrial markets remaining weak, the final dividend will be held flat at 46.14p/share (FY 2018: 46.14p/share), with dividend cover at 1.8x (FY 2018: 2.2x). With year end net cash not exceeding the £85m threshold, no special dividend is proposed.
