The TI Fluid Systems Plc intends to recommend a final dividend of 4.53 Euro cents per share, or €23.2 million. Under the Group's revised capital allocation policy, TI has adopted a progressive dividend policy. This seeks to improve the quantum and visibility of shareholder returns, starting with a dividend of €35.0 million for 2023 (2022: €13.1 million). An interim dividend of 2.30 Euro cents per share, or €11.8 million, was paid in September 2023.
