About Cool Company Ltd

Cool Company Ltd. is an owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers providing critical supply chain support to the international energy industry. The Company is the commercial and technical manager of not only its fleet, which includes the original vessels and the acquisition vessels, but also eight additional LNGCs and nine floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) owned by third parties. Its fleet consists of eight modern TFDE LNGCs, namely the Golar Bear, Golar Crystal, Kool Frost, Golar Glacier, Golar Ice, Golar Kelvin, Golar Seal and Golar Snow, and four modern two-stroke and tri-fuel diesel electric (TFDE) vessels, namely the Kool Orca, Kool Firn, Kool Boreas and Kool Baltic. The vessels use fuel efficient propulsion and low boil-off technology and are compatible with LNG loading and receiving terminals worldwide. Its integrated, in-house vessel management platform provides its charterers with commercial and technical management services.
