The Weir Group plc Board is recommending a final dividend of 22.1 pence per share. This equates to a total full year dividend of 40.0 pence per share, in line with their policy to pay out 33% of adjusted earnings per share (EPS), and represents an increase of 4% on the prior year. The final dividend will be paid on 30 May 2025 to shareholders on the register on 22 April 2025.
