The SThree Board has proposed to pay a final dividend of 9.2 pence (FY23: 11.6 pence) per share, which together with the interim dividend of 5.1 pence (FY23: 5.0 pence) per share, will give the total dividend of 14.3 pence (FY23: 16.6 pence) per share for FY24.
The final dividend, which amounts to approximately £12.2 million, will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. It will be paid on 6 June 2025 to shareholders on the register on 9 May 2025
