The Genus Board is recommending a final dividend of 21.7 pence per ordinary share, consistent with the prior year final dividend. When combined with the interim dividend, this will result in an unchanged total dividend for the year of 32.0 pence per ordinary share (2023: 32.0 pence per share). Dividend cover from adjusted earnings decreased to 2.0 times (2023: 2.7 times).
It is proposed that the final dividend will be paid on 6 December 2024 to the shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 November 2024.
