The Weir Group plc Board is recommending a final dividend of 20.8 pence per share. In line with their policy to pay out 33% of adjusted earnings per share (EPS), this equates to a total full year dividend of 38.6 pence per share and represents an increase of 18% on the prior year. The final dividend will be paid on 31 May 2024 to Shareholders on the register on 19 April 2024.
