The VP PLC Directors have declared an interim dividend of 10.5 pence per share payable on 11 January 2022 to shareholders on the register at 10 December 2021. The dividend declared will absorb an estimated £4.15 million.
No interim dividend was paid in 2020.
The cost of dividends in the Statement of Changes in Equity is after adjustments for the interim and final dividends waived by the Vp Employee Trust in relation to the shares it holds for the Group's share option schemes.
