About DFDS

Dfds A/S is a Denmark-based integrated shipping and logistics company. The Company’s operations are divided into two divisions. The Shipping Division operates the Company’s sea-based transport divided into five business areas: North Sea, Baltic Sea, Channel, Passenger and France & Mediterranean. Its operations include operation of vessels, passenger ships and harbor terminals. The Logistics Division operates the Company’s land transport and logistics activities divided into five business areas: Nordic Transport, Continental Transport, European Contract, Intermodal and Nordic Contract. Its activities include full- and part-load transportation solutions, warehousing, logistics solutions, the operation of lift on-lift off (LoLo) tonnage, and railway transport of containers. The Company operates approximately 30 routes with 50 freight and passenger ships. The Company operates Quayside Group and Alphatrans Group BV as subsidiaries.
