ResMed Inc., incorporated on March 31, 1994, is a holding company. The Company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, distribution and marketing of medical devices and cloud-based software applications that diagnose, treat and manage respiratory disorders, including sleep disordered breathing (SDB), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), neuromuscular disease and other diseases. SDB includes obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other respiratory disorders that occur during sleep. The Company's cloud-based software digital health applications, along with its devices, are designed to provide connected care to improve patient outcomes. The Company offers a treatment, nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), for OSA. CPAP systems deliver pressurized air, typically through a nasal mask, to prevent collapse of the upper airway during sleep. Its manufacturing operations are located in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, France and the United States.

The Company's portfolio of products includes devices, diagnostic products, mask systems, headgear and other accessories, dental devices, portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) and cloud-based software informatics solutions. The Company produces CPAP, Variable Positive Airway Pressure (VPAP) and AutoSet systems for the titration and treatment of SDB. The devices deliver positive airway pressure through a patient interface, either a small nasal mask, nasal pillows system, full-face mask or cannula. Its VPAP units deliver bilevel therapy. AutoSet systems are based on a technology to monitor breathing, and can also be used in the diagnosis, treatment and management of OSA.

The Company offers continuous positive airway pressure products, including AirSense 10 Elite and AirSense 10 CPAP; variable positive airway pressure products, including S9 VPAP ST-A, S9 VPAP COPD and AirCurve 10 S, and automatic positive airway pressure products, such as AirSense 10 Auto, Astral 100 and 150, and LifeChoice POC. The Company's mask products include Quattro Air, AirFit P10 and AirFit N10. It diagnostic products include Apnealink Air. The Company markets a range of other products and accessories. These products include humidifiers, helping to prevent the drying of nasal passages that can cause discomfort, carry bags and breathing circuits. To assist professionals diagnosing or managing the treatment of patients, the Company offers data communications and control products, such as EasyCare, ResLink, ResControl, ResControl II, TxControl, ResScan and ResTraxx modules.
