The Essentra PLC Board of Directors is recommending a final ordinary dividend of 1.55p per share, resulting in a total dividend for FY of 2.8p (2023: 2.4p final; 3.6p total). The final dividend will be paid on 3 July 2025 to shareholders on the share register at the record date, being 16 May 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 15 May 2025.
