An Softcat Plc announce an interim ordinary dividend of 8.9p per share (H1 FY2024: 8.5p), amounting to £17.8m (H1 FY2024: £17.0m), has been approved by the Board of Directors. This is in line with their updated approach to pay one-third of the previous year's ordinary dividend as an interim dividend in the current year. The interim dividend will be payable on 21 May 2025, to shareholders whose names are on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2025. Shares in the Group will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 April 2025. The last day for dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP') elections is 29 April 2025.
