
The Senior plc Board has confidence in the Group's performance, financial position and future prospects, and has approved a final dividend of 1.65 pence per share (2023 - 1.70 pence). This will be paid on 30 May 2025 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 2 May 2025. This brings the total dividends, paid and proposed for 2024, to 2.40 pence per share (2023 - 2.30 pence), an increase of 4% year-on-year.
Other financial highlights include:
●Group sales up 4% and adjusted operating profit up 5% yoy
●Group free cash flow of £17.3m, up 12%
●Book-to-bill 1.12 underpinning confidence in future growth

●Spencer sales have grown over 135% in the two years since acquisition
