theMan Group Plc Board has confirmed it will recommend a final dividend of 11.6¢ per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, resulting in a total dividend of 17.2¢ per share. They will fix and announce the US dollar to sterling dividend currency conversion rate on 9 May 2025, in advance of payment. This is in addition to the $50 million share repurchase programme announced and completed in 2024, and the intention to repurchase a further $100 million of shares.
