The Taylor Wimpey Board has recommended a final dividend of 4.4 cent per ordinary share, which, combined with the interim dividend of 3.8 cent per ordinary share, results in a total dividend of 8.2 cent per ordinary share for the year (2023: 6.3 cent per share). The proposed final dividend of 4.4 cent per ordinary share will be paid on 16 May 2025 to ordinary shareholders on the Company's register at 5:00 p.m. on 25 April 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2025.
