The Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc Board is recommending a final dividend of 48 cents per share (2023: 47 cents per share) bringing the total dividend for the full year to 80 cents per share (2023: 72 cents per share). The proposed dividend will be paid on 1 May 2025 to eligible shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 March 2025, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2025.
