The MJ Gleeson Board is declaring an interim dividend of 4.0 pence per share (H1 23/24: 4.0 pence per share) in line with the Company's policy of covering total full year dividends with earnings between three and five times, which remains in place.
The interim dividend will be paid on 4 April 2025 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 7 March 2025.
