The Crest Nicholson Board are to propose to pay a final dividend of 1.2 pence per share for the financial year ended 31 October 2024 which, subject to shareholder approval, is expected to be paid on 25 April 2025 to shareholders on the Register of Members on 28 March 2025. This is in addition to the interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share that was paid on 11 October 2024.
