The Tracsis Plc Board has recommended a final dividend of 1.3 pence per share. The final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 7 February 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 January 2025. This will bring the total dividend for the year to 2.4 pence per share.
