The Luceco Plc Board will pay an interim dividend of 1.7p per share, up 6.3% over the prior year. This will be paid to shareholders on 25 October 2024 who are on the register on 20 September 2024 and the last day for dividend reinvestment ("DRIP") elections is 4 October 2024. This equates to one third of the annual payout ratio of 40%.
