The Bakkavor Group plc Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 3.20 pence per Ordinary share, up 10.0% on the prior period. The interim dividend will be paid on 11 October 2024 to shareholders on the register of members as at 13 September 2024 (the record date). Going forward, the Board expects to maintain a progressive dividend policy.
