Alumasc Group plc announce a final dividend of 7.3p per share will be recommended to shareholders, payable on 1 November 2024. If approved, when added to the interim dividend of 3.45p paid in April 2024, this would represent a total dividend per share of 10.75p per share (2023:10.3p), in accordance with their progressive dividend policy and medium term objective of 2.5 to 3.0 times cover.
