An Empiric Student Property announce an interim dividend of 0.8725 pence per share has been declared for the second quarter of 2024, bringing total dividends paid and payable in respect of the first half of 2024 to 1.75 pence per share. This is in line with their full year target dividend of 3.5 pence per share announced alongside their full year results in March 2024.
The dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution on 20 September 2024 to shareholders on the register at 6 September 2024.
