The CLS Holdings Board declared an interim dividend of 2.60 pence per ordinary share, the Company confirmed its dividend timetable. In October 2024, the Group will pay an interim dividend for the current financial year of 2.60 pence per share, which is at the same level as the 2023 interim dividend, and in line with the revised dividend policy announced in May 2022 of 1.20x to 1.60x EPRA earnings dividend cover. The PID part of the dividend is 1.75 pence per share.
