The Reach plc Board paid a final dividend for 2023 of 4.46 pence per share in May 2024. An interim dividend for 2024 of 2.88 pence per share will be paid on 20 September 2024 to shareholders on the register on 16 August 2024.
In declaring an interim dividend of 2.88 pence per share for 2024 (HY23: 2.88 pence per share), the Board has considered all investment requirements and its funding commitments to the defined benefit pension schemes.
