Pearson Plc have declared an interim dividend for 2024 of 7.4p in July 2024 and will be accounted for in the second half of 2024.
The interim dividend will be paid on 16 September 2024 to shareholders who are on the register of members at close of business on 9 August 2024 (the Record Date). Shareholders may elect to reinvest their dividend in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). The last date for receipt of DRIP elections and revocations will be 23 August 2024.
