The Informa Plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 6.4p per share (H1 2023: 5.8p per share). The interim dividend will be paid on 20 September 2024 to ordinary shareholders registered as at the close of business on 9 August 2024. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) will be available for the interim dividend and the last date for receipt of elections for the DRIP will be 30 August 2024.
