The Dewhurst Directors have declared an increased interim dividend of 5.00p per ordinary share (2023: 4.75p) which amounts to £387,000 (2023: £384,000). The interim dividend is payable on 13 August 2024 and will be posted on 8 August 2024 to shareholders appearing in the Register on 19 July 2024 (ex-dividend date being 18 July 2024).
A final 2023 dividend of 11.00p (2022: 10.25p) which amounted to £882,000 (2022: £828,000) was approved at the AGM held on 20 February 2024 and was paid on 26 February 2024 to members on the register at 19 January 2024.
