Ninetly One plc Board have announced a dividend of 6.4 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2024. The final dividend will be paid on 8 August 2024 to shareholders recorded in the shareholders' registers of the company on close of business 19 July 2024.
Other financial highlights include:
Adjusted operating profit margin of 32.0%.
Basic earnings per share increased by 1% to 18.4 pence and adjusted earnings per share decreased by 8% to 15.9 pence.
Business conditions remain challenging.
Assets under management decreased by 3% to £126.0 billion.
Net outflows of £9.4 billion.
Staff shareholding increased to 30.6%.
