M&C Saatchi announced their recommendation regarding the payment of a final dividend for 2023 of 1.6 pence per share. The final dividend, if approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024, will be paid on 24 June 2024 to all shareholders on the Company's register of members as at 10 May 2024. The ex-dividend date for the shares is 9 May 2024.

Headline operating profit £32.4m (FY22: £35.4m) with H2 growing 30% on the prior H2 as a result of actions including:
Operating margin 12.8% (FY22: 13.1%) with significant improvement in the H2 margin to 16.9% compared with 8.3% in H1
Headline profit before tax £28.7m (FY22 £31.8m), down 1% LFL
