AIREA plc maintained its net cash position in the year and will continue to prioritize investment in the business. AIREA suggested they believe in rewarding their loyal shareholder base and therefore proposed a final dividend of £0.2m or 0.55p per share for the year (2022: £0.2m or 0.50p per share), which is the total dividend for the year as no interim dividend was paid. The final dividend will be paid on 20 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 19 April 2024. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 May 2024.
