The Kingfisher Plc have proposed a dividend for the year ended 31 January 2024, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, is 12.40p per share, comprising an interim dividend of 3.80p in respect of the six months ended 31 July 2023 and a final dividend of 8.60p.
