GlobalData plc are to propose a final dividend of 3.2 pence per share (2022 restated: 2.6 pence), to be paid on 26 April 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 March 2024. The ex-dividend date will be on 21 March 2024. The proposed final dividend increases the total dividend for the year to 4.6 pence per share (2022 restated: 3.6 pence), an increase of 28%.
