Senior plc announce a final dividend of 1.70 pence per share (2022 - 1.00 pence). This will be paid on 31 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 May 2024. This brings the total dividends, paid and proposed for 2023, to 2.30 pence per share (2022 - 1.30 pence). They will continue to follow a progressive dividend policy reflecting earnings per share, free cash flow generation, market conditions and dividend cover.
