The Cairn Homes Plc Board has recommended a final dividend of 3.2 cent per ordinary share, which, combined with the interim dividend of 3.1 cent per ordinary share, results in a total dividend of 6.3 cent per ordinary share for the year (2022: 6.1 cent per share). The proposed final dividend of 3.2 cent per ordinary share will be paid on 17 May 2024 to ordinary shareholders on the Company's register at 5:00 p.m. on 26 April 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2024. Additionally, during 2023, the Company completed €42.7 million of our €75.0 million share buyback programme and acquired 38.7 million shares. All repurchased shares have been cancelled and the remaining share buyback is expected to be completed subject to market conditions.
