The DiscoverIE Board is to declare an increase in the interim dividend of 6% to 3.75p per share (H1 2022/23: 3.55p per share). Since 2010, the annual dividend per share has more than doubled.
The interim dividend is payable on 24 January 2024 to shareholders registered on 15 December 2023. Alongside the interim dividend, the Company is starting a Dividend Re-Investment Programme ("DRIP"), details of which are available from the Company's Registrars, Equiniti. The final date for DRIP elections for the interim dividend will be 3 January 2024.
Other financial highlights include:
o Group sales up 4% CER on strong comparators (+23% CER last year)
o Organic(4) sales up 1% (M&C: +2%; S&C: +1%)
o Gross margins robust and significant operational efficiencies
o Underlying operating profit up 17% CER
o Underlying EPS up 8%
