The Kingfisher Board has declared an interim dividend of 3.80 pence per share, flat versus the H1 22/23 interim
dividend of 3.80 pence per share. The interim dividend will be paid on 17 November 2023 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 13 October 2023. A dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) is available to shareholders who would prefer to invest their dividends in the Company's shares. The shares will go ex-dividend on 12 October 2023. The last date for receipt of DRIP elections is 27 October 2023.
