MJ Gleeson to pay a final dividend of 9 pence per share on 24 November 2023, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 October 2023. The total dividend for the year to 30 June 2023 will be 14 pence. The Board intends to maintain an earnings to ordinary dividend cover ratio of between three and five times.
