The Smurfit Kappa Group Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 33.5 cent per share, which represents an increase of 6% on the prior year. It is proposed to pay this dividend on 27 October 2023 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 29 September 2023.

EBITDA of €1.1 billion and an EBITDA margin of 19.1%
Return on capital employed of 19.0%
Free Cash Flow of €119 million
