The Inchcape Board has declared an interim dividend of 9.6p per ordinary share which will be paid on 1 September 2023 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 4 August 2023. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan is available to ordinary shareholders and the final date for receipt of elections to participate is 10 August 2023.
