The Informa Plc Group resumed dividend payments in 2022 based on a payout ratio of a minimum of 40% of full year adjusted earnings from continuing operations. The Group will look to continue to grow dividends in line with this approach, striking a balance between rewarding shareholders and retaining the financial strength and flexibility to reinvest in the business and pursue growth opportunities.
For H1 2023, the Board has recommended an interim dividend of 5.8p per share (H1 2022: 3.0p per share). The interim dividend will be paid on 15 September 2023 to ordinary shareholders registered as at the close of business on 11 August 2023. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) will be available for the interim dividend and the last date for receipt of elections for the DRIP will be 29 August 2023.
