The Trifast Board is proposing an increased final dividend of 1.50p. This, together with the interim dividend of 0.75p (paid on 14 April 2023), brings the total for the year to 2.25p per share, an increase of 7.1% on the prior year. The final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, will be paid on 13 October 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 September 2023. The ordinary shares will become ex-dividend on 28 September 2023. The dividend cover is currently 2.3x, however the Trifast Board continues to consider that an appropriate future level of dividend cover is in the range of 3.0x to 4.0x.
