The CML Microsystems Board is proposing a final dividend of 6p (FY22: 5p), giving a full year dividend of 11p (FY22: 9p) as communicated in the Chairman's Statement.

Cash balances at period end of £22.26m (31 March 2022: net cash of £25.04m) following significant share buyback, investments in R&D and dividend payments, together totalling £10.81m
