The ConvaTec Group Board is to recommend a 3.0% increase in the full year dividend reflecting the improved underlying performance of the business and confidence in its future growth prospects. This equates to a proposed final dividend of 4.330 cents to bring FY dividend to 6.047 cents (2021: 5.871 cents).
