The OSB Group’s dividend policy is to declare interim dividends equal to one-third of the prior year’s total dividend. The Board has therefore declared an interim dividend of 8.7 pence per share for the first half of 2022, based on the 2021 total dividend of 26.0 pence per share.
The declared dividend will be paid on 21 September 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 25 August 2022 and a record date of 26 August 2022.
