The IP Group Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.50 pence per share (HY21: 0.48 pence per share), with the Directors offering shareholders the opportunity to elect to receive dividends in the form of fully paid shares in IP Group plc in lieu of cash under the Scrip Dividend Scheme. Total dividend payments during 2021 were 1.48 pence per share, with a final 2021 dividend of 0.72 pence per share paid in the current period.
