The Smurfit Kappa Group Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 31.6 cent per share, which represents an increase of 8% on the prior year. It is proposed to pay this dividend on 28 October 2022 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 30 September 2022.
Other financial highlights include:
- Revenue growth of 36% to €6,385 million
- EBITDA growth of 50% to €1,174 million with an EBITDA margin of 18.4%
- EPS growth of 85% to 221.9 cent
- ROCE of 19.3%
