The Trifast Directors are proposing a final dividend of 1.40p per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM this will be paid on Friday, 14 October 2022 to shareholders on the register as at Friday, 16 September 2022,Together with the interim dividend of 0.70p (paid on 14 April 2022), this brings the total for the year to 2.10p per share, an increase of 31.3% on the prior year (FY2021: 1.60p). The ex-dividend date is Thursday, 15 September 2022.
